Qinyu Yue

Qinyu now is a MSc student in Bioinformatics at GT. She received a BS degree in Ecology in 2015. She previously worked in the Huang’s lab in Sun Yat-Sen University, and mainly studied the phylogenetic model of Bruguiera. She is now interested in enteric microbiota, especially the interactions of the different species and the relations between them and their host. She now is working on the fluorescence images analysis on the pathogen in nematode’s lumen. E-mail: qinyu.yue@gatech.edu

Prerna Jain

Prerna received an B. Engg. degree in Biotechnology in 2018, and is now a part of the MS Bioinformatics program. Her research interests lie at the intersection of genomics, machine learning and data science. Currently, she is researching the evolution of genetic changes in bacteria which contribute to phenotypical trails of antibiotic resistance. Email: prernaj@gatech.edu
